This Privacy Policy explains how AffiliateSignalAI (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our web application (the “Service”). The Service helps you plan, create, publish, and analyze your own social-media content, including on TikTok. We only access data you explicitly authorize, and only for your own connected accounts. We never scrape private data, and we never buy or generate fake engagement, followers, or views.

We request the minimum TikTok scopes needed for the features you use (for example user.info.basic, video.list, video.upload). We do not access other users’ data, private messages, or any data you have not authorized.

2. How we use information

To authenticate you and connect your chosen accounts (TikTok Login Kit).
To upload and publish content to your own connected account when you approve it (Content Posting API).
To display analytics and generate recommendations about your own content (Display API).
To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your TikTok data for advertising to third parties.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with the platforms you connect (e.g., TikTok, to perform the actions you request); with infrastructure and processing providers that host or power the Service under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law. We do not sell your data.

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
You can disconnect a connected platform (revoking our access) at any time from your account or from the platform’s own app-permissions settings.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us (see Contact). Upon a verified request, we delete or de-identify your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Revoked access tokens are deleted promptly.

5. Security

We protect information using encryption in transit, encrypted storage of access tokens, role-based access controls, and least-privilege API scopes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can revoke AffiliateSignalAI’s access to your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok settings under Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
