These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AffiliateSignalAI (the “Service”), a web application that helps businesses and creators plan, create, schedule, publish, and analyze their own social-media content, including on TikTok. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AffiliateSignalAI provides tools to research topics, generate and score content, schedule and publish posts to social platforms you connect, and view analytics for your own connected accounts. Where you connect a TikTok account, the Service uses TikTok’s official APIs (including Login Kit, the Content Posting API, and the Display API) strictly to act on your behalf and only on your own account.
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant AffiliateSignalAI a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to upload a video to your connected TikTok account when you approve it). Nothing is published to your connected accounts without an explicit action or approval by you. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights-clearance of the content you publish, including any music, footage, or claims.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or platform policy; publish misleading, infringing, or harmful content; buy or generate fake engagement, followers, or views; scrape or access data you are not authorized to access; impersonate any person; or attempt to circumvent platform review or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as TikTok) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions, or delivery systems of those platforms, and we do not control organic reach, recommendation, or advertising outcomes.
The Service provides tools, estimates, and recommendations. We do not guarantee any level of reach, views, followers, engagement, virality, feed distribution, leads, sales, or revenue. Forecasts are estimates only and depend on factors outside our control.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffiliateSignalAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law or platform requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
